1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using EarnsPK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use EarnsPK. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. EarnsPK is intended for users based in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. EarnsPK is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Earning and Games
Earnings are credited to your account upon successful completion of game rounds and verified by our server. EarnsPK applies a platform fee to all earnings, and the amount credited to your account is the net amount after this fee. Stars earned in games are converted to USD at the prevailing rate displayed on the platform. We reserve the right to adjust game mechanics, star rates, and earnings at any time.
5. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is $1 USD. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–48 hours. EarnsPK reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that appear fraudulent or violate these terms. Funds are sent to the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account number provided by you. EarnsPK is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect account numbers provided by the user.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games or manipulate earnings. You must not create multiple accounts. You must not attempt to manipulate, defraud, or abuse our game or reward systems. You must not use VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your location. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending earnings.
7. Account Termination
EarnsPK reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time if we detect fraudulent activity, terms violations, or abuse of our platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, pending balances will be forfeited. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@earnspk.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
EarnsPK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount earned in your account in the 30 days prior to the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not liable for downtime or data loss.
9. Changes to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of EarnsPK at any time without notice. This includes changes to payout rates, offer availability, minimum withdrawal amounts, and supported payment methods. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts in Pakistan.
