❓ My withdrawal is delayed
Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours. If it has been longer, email payments@earnspk.com with your registered email and withdrawal request date.
❓ I did not receive my OTP email
Check your spam/junk folder. If not there, wait 5 minutes and try again. Make sure your email address is correct.
❓ An offer was not credited
Allow up to 30 minutes for offers to be credited. If still not credited, contact support with the offer name and approximate completion time.
❓ I want to delete my account
Email support@earnspk.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
